Biography

Mr. Ryan Bateman serves as Vice President Finance at PCF Insurance Services. Previously, Mr. Bateman served as Vice President of Finance at Sarcos. He is responsible for all aspects of accounting, finance, treasury and tax in the company. With over 15 years of experience, he is a strong cross-functional leader with expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash management (raising capital, private equity, debt funding and compliance), technical accounting, cost accounting, financial planning & analysis and process improvement. He has a proven history of leading organizations to positive change and his experience ranges from startups to mid-sized companies to Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Sarcos, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Suncrest Solar where he managed a complex $40M tax equity fund with back-levered debt, drove expansion into new markets, and achieved 1,000 bps operating margin improvement. Previously, he served as the corporate controller for Verengo Solar and as a divisional controller for Exelis (since purchased by Harris Corporation) and Danaher. He began his career with PwC in assurance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from Brigham Young University and is a CPA.
