Biography

Ms. Judy Collins served as Principal & Chief Financial Officer at Patriot Contract Services. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of financial and accounting experience, having graduated from California State University, Chico in 1982. Her experience encompasses external auditing, financial analysis, internal and external financial reporting and general accounting, and at PCS she brings that experience to bear on bidding and financial management of all of PCS's contracts, as well as to ensure that financial review and controls are in place and budgets are tracked, maintained and reported accordingly. Judy spent a significant portion of her career with American President Lines, serving in a variety of accounting and financial management positions before becoming Director, Financial Support Services in 1997.
