Mr. Nicola De Biase serves as an Executive of Equity Investments at Ethica Group. He serves as Non-Executive Director at SosTravel.com. He graduated in 2003 in Economics of Financial Markets from the Bocconi University of Milan. He has gained experience in the private equity sector at leading Italian investment companies, including Convergenza, Cape Natixis SGR, Meridie Investimenti, and Italglobal Partners and is currently a partner of Ethica Global Investment. He is a director and member of the Board of Directors of TechVision (an Italian company specializing in the production of components and surface treatments for the eyewear manufacturing industry) and of Gimel (an Italian company specializing in manufacturing children's clothing). Between May 2014 and July 2018, he was Investor Relator and Head of the Corporate Finance department of Safe Bag. In May 2016, he was appointed Board Member of Alfio Bardolla Training Group, a leading Italian company in the personal financial training sector, which has been listed in the AIM segment of Borsa Italiana, since July 2017.
