Biography

Mr. Richard Roloff serves as Managing Director, Private Equity & Finance at LS Power Group. He joined LS Power in 2003 and has over fourteen years of industry experience. Mr. Roloff is currently responsible for project financing, acquisition, and divestiture activities. Mr. Roloff has held various roles within LS Power, including the development and financing of the firm's greenfield businesses (comprising contracted and merchant thermal and renewable generation, and high-voltage transmission facilities), acquisition financing, as well as commercial execution roles. Mr. Roloff began his career as an Analyst with Luminus Management, investing in distressed power generation facilities, and helped to spur the formation of LS Power Equity Advisors. Mr. Roloff received a B.B.A. magna cum laude from the George Washington University.
