Biography

Mr. Artur Hausz serves as Managing Director at Signal Hill Equity Partners. He has worked with Signal Hill since 2015. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, business development, public and private company reporting operational improvements, as well as budgeting, planning & analysis, and treasury & risk management. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of C&V Portable Accommodations ("C&V"), where he enhanced the visibility of divisional profitability, reduced costs, and improved working capital. Prior to C&V, he held several progressively senior roles at Cinram International. Most recently, he was Cinram's Vice President of Treasury & Financial Planning. He was responsible for leading business acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, asset divestitures, credit facility management, and global reporting. He holds a Master of Finance (M.Fin.) from Queen's University's Smith School of Business, as well as an M.B.A. and a B.B.A. from Northwood University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
