Biography

Mr. Avi Lindenbaum served as a General Partner at Kodem Growth Partners. He served as an Executive at Kodem Vector. He leads Kodem's investment team with primary responsibility for investment opportunity sourcing and execution. He has 20 years of experience as an investor, advisor, and operator having held senior and executive leadership positions at both public and private companies. As a vice president and a member of the executive leadership committee at Mktg, (Nasdaq CMKG, acquired by Dentsu) a public communications firm, he advised Fortune 500 companies including Motorola, Ericsson, Georgia Pacific, AT&T, Diageo, Virgin, and others on market entry, product launch, technology partnerships and other strategic initiatives. Before mktg, he built out a start-up organization within DVC Worldwide, a global services provider acquired by Aspen Marketing Services where he held P&L responsibility for the operating unit he created. As an active angel investor, he recognized a gap common to many expansion-stage companies regarding global market entry and customer acquisition needs. He founded Kodem Growth Partners to address this market gap and to leverage the team's unique market expertise and vast networks of relationships. He has invested in the: industrials, software, security, and aerospace sectors and has deep experience in building sales, operations, and marketing functions.
