Biography

Mr. Juan Ron is a Co-Founder & serves as Managing Partner at Lucens Capital. Mr. Ron serves as Board Member at Ceverum. He serves as Chairman at Diransa San Luis. He serves as Chairman of Diransa S.R.L. and as a professor in the Master in Finance at the Universidad Di Tella in Buenos Aires and as Endeavor Mentor in Argentina. Prior to joining Lucens Capital, He worked as Managing Director of Puerto Asis, the private equity investment arm of the Organizacion Roman family office, where he managed a portfolio of direct, co-investment and LP private equity investments. In that capacity, he was a board member of Roch, an Argentine E&P company with a focus on the austral basin, an alternate board member of Roman Servicios, an Argentine specialized heavy lifting and transportation company and an observer to the board of directors of Terminales Rio de la Plata, one of the largest container ports in Argentina, controlled by Dubai Ports. He worked for 14 years at J.P. Morgan, initially as a financial analyst in the Emerging Markets Financial Institutions Group based in New York and most recently as an Executive Director in the Southern Cone Investment Banking Coverage group based in Buenos Aires. He earned a B.A. in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from the Universidad de San Andres and participated in the LAVCA & Wharton Latin America Private Equity Professional Development Program.
