Biography
Mr. David Winston served as Partner at Texas Next Capital. He serves as Board Member at Capital Precast. He is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities and completing due diligence, financing, and legal documents for those investments. He also serves on the board of managers of Fresh Texas and Capital Precast and has responsibility for the oversight and growth of these companies. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, he worked with J.P. Morgan in Austin and Vision Research in Dallas, a short-only equity research shop. He graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Business Fellows. While attending Baylor, he served as an Analyst with the Baylor Angel Network where he analyzed more than 75 early-stage companies seeking capital. He is a CFA charter holder and has passed the Series 7 and 63 exams.
