Biography

Mr. Craig Horner serves as Chief Financial & Compliance Officer at Kelly Benefits. He joined the KELLY Senior Leadership Team as Chief Financial & Compliance Officer in May 2009. His prior experience includes more than thirteen years as Chief Financial Officer of a large regional Maryland-based insurance broker and seven years in public accounting at what is currently known as PricewaterhouseCoopers. Craig oversees all finance, accounting, human resources and compliance aspects of the KELLY businesses. Craig graduated Cum Laude from University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is an active CPA. Throughout his career he has been focused on continuing his professional development, including attending the Wharton Executive Development Program at University of Pennsylvania and the Commonfund Endowment Institute at Yale University. He is a member of the Financial Executives International, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. Craig is an active member of his community. He currently serves as the Board Chair for the Keswick Foundation, Investment Committee member of the Society of St. Sulpice, a Board member of Keswick Multi-Care Center where he has served for over twenty years and a member of the Finance Council at Church of the Nativity. His past service includes time as Chair and Board member of the Baltimore Chapter of Financial Executives International, Chair of Keswick MultiCare Center, and Finance Committee member of United Way of Central Maryland.
