Anil Thapar General Information

Biography

Mr. Anil K Thapar served as Finance Director at London & Associated Properties. He has been Finance Director since January 2015 and is also Group Company Secretary. He joined LAP, as a project management consultant in November 2005 to manage the purchase of a group of companies (Ocean group) with its substantial property portfolio and new loan facilities. Following successful acquisition, he was appointed Group Financial Controller. At LAP, Anil has also been involved with the Group finance restructuring plus the acquisition and disposal of group properties and joint ventures. Anil is a Chartered Certified Accountant and has worked in the property sector since 1998 and previously in travel industry and the accounting profession. Prior to joining LAP, Anil worked for a fully listed property company, which owned investment property worth £500 million (in 2005) and where he was Group Financial Controller and Group Company Secretary.
