Biography

Ms. Jacelyn Yeak served as a Partner at Blick Rothenberg. Jacelyn specializes in owner-managed and start-up businesses with particular emphasis on internationally owned businesses. Her other skills are client liaison and business development and providing an efficient level of support and responses to her clients, often over international time zones. Jacelyn has been very active in advising clients in both start-up operations and evolving companies. She advises clients on establishing their appropriate business strategies, management accounting, and reporting, giving commercial advice, creating and monitoring their accounting systems, and advising on all aspects of taxation including VAT and corporate tax. As a practicing accountant for over 15 years, Jacelyn has extensive experience in the computer and technology, retail, recruitment, and consultancy sectors. Jacelyn joined the firm as a trainee auditor and qualified as an FCCA. Prior to being appointed as a partner in 2012, she was previously an audit senior before moving up to be a general practice manager.
