Biography

Ms. Caroline Henderson serves as Chief Growth Officer at TheKey. She served as Chief Commercial Officer at Milo's Tea Company. She oversees client development, marketing strategy and the strategic expansion of key partnerships. Most recently, She was the Chief Commercial Officer of Milo's Tea Company where they became the #1 refrigerated tea brand in the U.S. In this role, she led high-performing teams across marketing, business development and was foundational to optimizing the company's brand strategy. She has over 10 years of deep experience in healthcare from her time at Amedisys, where she was responsible for driving year-over-year share growth across North American B2B and B2C channels. She started as an Account Executive and spent 10 years with them growing into roles from training to sales leadership as an AVP, VP and then SVP for Amedisys. She then joined Elara Caring as their Chief Sales Officer. She is a passionate, authentic, and dynamic leader who loves to build teams and drive results. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama.
