Biography

Mr. Ryan Condon was a Co-Founding Partner at Vitalize Capital and Co-Founder / CEO of SATISFYD. He has grown from a first-time entrepreneur at 24 years-old, to a business leader with 20 years of software and service experience. Ryan was an early innovator in Customer Experience (CX) Management and developed a SaaS platform in 2001 to enable clients to gather feedback, resolve customer issues, and drive customer-focused initiatives. The SATISFYD platform provides CX at every level of an organization and has been used in over 70 countries and 32 different languages. SATISFYD was bootstrapped and required innovative approaches on how to scale with limited funds. He also leveraged outsourcing and a global network of suppliers to delivers services and scale to meet variable client demand. He began his professional career at Swiss Bank / UBS (Zurich, Switzerland) in precious metals options trading. It was in this trading environment that Ryan witnessed the power of a small, talented, high-performance team which became the basis of the SATISFYD team structure. Ryan has delivered over a hundred in-person classes and speeches to help educate and inform people on the power of delivering unique and consistent customer/employee experiences.
