Biography

Mr. Andreas Arntzen serves as Investment Director at Jebsen Asset Management. He has some 20 years of experience as corporate development advisor to both private equity, venture capital, and industrial corporations. He has worked extensively with private equity funds and their portfolio companies on deal screening, commercial due diligence, strategy development, operational improvements, and exit preparations. Andreas has experience from a multitude of industries, including oil & gas, process industries, engineering & construction, maritime, technology, and media. Prior to joining Jebsen Asset Management in 2018, Andreas worked with PwC Deals and Arkwright Consulting, and he served on the board of Arkwright Corporate Finance. Andreas holds an MSc degree from NTNU and has executive education in Corporate Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.
