Biography
Mr. Oleg Zaretski co-founded and serves as a Chemical Engineer at Laava Tech. He is a chemical engineer by trade and one of the two inventors of the Laava Tech system. He has over 30 years of experience in chemical engineering, including 8 years as a researcher and product developer at the National Academy of Science of Belarus. For the past 10 years Oleg has worked as Head of Manufacturing and Production, and 7 years as Director at Imatek, an industrial filter manufacturer in Minsk, Belarus. Graduated with a joint Bachelor/Master's degree in chemistry from Belarusian State University in 1993.
