Biography

Mr. Andrew Woltman is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Director at Statera Capital. He is an experienced litigator who has represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of complex commercial disputes. Andy joins Statera from McGuireWoods LLP, a leading law firm with 1,100 attorneys practicing in 23 offices worldwide. As a partner in the firm's commercial litigation practice, Andy represented entities as plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts and arbitrations throughout the country. Andy has widespread experience in the financial services, food and beverage, healthcare, supply chain, real estate, oil & gas, manufacturing, and telecommunications industries. He represented clients in complex commercial and business disputes, including fraud, contract, shareholder derivative, antitrust, and RICO related litigation. Andy continues to maintain a dedicated pro bono practice serving political refugees. Prior to his legal career, Andy worked with Accenture as a technology and business consultant. Andy graduated with a BS from Boston College and received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame.
