Biography

Mr. Thomas Grant serves as Partner & Senior Research Analyst, Research at Copper Rock Capital Partners. He serves as Co-Portfolio Manager, Research at Harmony Capital Advisors. He joined the firm in February 2017. He is responsible for coverage of global small cap stocks, with a particular focus on emerging markets securities for all four of the firm's investment strategies. Prior to Copper Rock, Tom was a Senior Research Analyst for the Emerging Markets Small Cap strategy at The Boston Company Asset Management. Prior to working on that strategy, he also conducted fundamental research on global small and large cap stocks for the Emerging Markets All Cap strategy. Before working at The Boston Company, he had roles at Sirios Capital Management, as well as with Adams, Harkness & Hill, a boutique investment banking firm focused on small and micro-cap stocks, which is now part of Canaccord Genuity. Tom is a Chartered Financial Analyst and graduated with a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
