Biography

Mr. Clinton Browning serves as Partner & Head, Dreamscape. at Daversa Partners. He served as Managing Director at The SSB Group. He served as Partner at True Capital Partners. Clint's work focuses in the FinTech, HealthTech and Diversity spaces. He brings 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition arena with the last 15 focused in retained Executive Search. For the past few years Clint owned a retained search firm called PurpleSkys. In the years proceeding, he was a Partner with Aquinas Search Partners, owned the Atlanta office of Sanford Rose Associates, was an EVP with DHRInternational and a Global Senior Associate Lead with Korn/Ferry International. Clint has played a significant role in launching strategic initiatives to enhance the overall client experience and guiding the enhancement of the diversity platform on a global scale. Within the FinTech, HealthTech, Professional Services and Diversity spaces, Clint has lead searches for CEO, CFO, CMO, Chief Digital and Sales Leadership roles. The Dreamscape business is dedicated to ensuring there is Black representation on the boards and executive teams of the most important companies and investing firms in technology. Dreamscape connects well-established members of startups and venture capital firms that are looking for executives or board directors with accomplished, proven and board-ready Black talent. Early partners include mission driven companies such as Brex, Robinhood, AppLovin, and venture capital firms such as Venrock and Greylock Partners.
