Biography

Mr. Brent Shearer served as Partner at Blake Investment Partners. He is tasked with overseeing all approved residential investments and the teams associated with them. He also serves as a member of the Blake Investment Partners Investment Committee and is a Director at Heatherland Homes. He has successfully led an internal five-year campaign to make BLAKE the most organizationally efficient, technologically-advanced and financially sound developers in the space. While his focus has been operationally focused, he has doubled the number of homebuilders that call BLAKE their developer and created an off-balance sheet financial tool available to all of the company's builders.
