Biography

Ms. Inbal Mordechay serves as Chief Operating Officer & Director, Human Resources at FreeMind Group. In this position, she has helped grow the company by more than 180% since she began in 2008. Additionally, she manages the Operations Team and oversees the bookkeeping activities, logistics, and human resources. Her team is responsible for the management and improvement of the employee experience, recruitment, skills, and organizational development. Inbal believes in and promotes communal work environments, that are suitable for the new digital world and with flexible work patterns that encourage organizational development. In addition to her work at the FreeMind Group, Inbal is the chairman of the board at the Rape Crisis Center in Jerusalem. In this capacity, she runs intersectoral processes for the improvement and promotion of gender equality in the workplace, and in society as a whole. Inbal holds a BA in Bible Studies and an MA in Cultural studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She also has certification for personal counseling for managers from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.
