Biography
Mr. Kevin Pivnick serves as Managing Director, Real Estate Debt Strategies at Blackstone. He is involved in the sourcing, structuring, and origination of senior and subordinate commercial mortgage investments across all property types and markets. Before joining Blackstone in 2018, he was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, where he worked for 14 years in commercial mortgage loan origination in both London and New York. He managed Deutsche Bank's Conduit mortgage loan origination in Europe from 2004 to 2008 and in the US from 2010 to 2018. Before joining Deutsche Bank, he worked in commercial mortgage loan origination at RBS Greenwich Capital and Credit Suisse in Los Angeles. He received a BA in English from Dartmouth College.
