Biography

Ms. Alina Truhina is a Co-Founder and serves as a Board Member at 54 Collective. She serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at The Radical Fund. She served as Chief Strategy Officer of Founders Factory Africa at Founders Factory. She oversaw the Founders Factory Africa portfolio to ensure FFA's ventures' growth and performance are aligned with global opportunities and leverage external collaborations with investors and partners to drive value to FFA and the businesses. Prior to FFA, she led corporate partnerships at Spring Accelerator. She has catalyzed and delivered partnerships with companies like Deutsche Bank, Hogan Lovells, PwC, Merck, and Unilever. Before that, she spent seven years at the World Bank, where she built collaborations with corporations, international organizations, multilateral development agencies, and foundations. In Australia, she began her career working at two global media companies of WPP Group, with global clients such as British Petroleum (BP), Kodak, Ford, Miele, GE Money, and Fosters Group.
