Biography

Mr. Peter Loibner serves as Principal & Member of the Services and Industrials, Communications, and Digital Infrastructure team at Berkshire Partners. Mr. Loibner served as Director at ORIX Capital Partners. He served as a Board Member at CTM Group. He served as a Board Member at Network Connex. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments across industries. Before joining OCP, he was a Director at Z Capital Partners, LLC, the private equity arm of Z Capital Group, a privately held global investment firm. At Z Capital, he pursued a value-oriented, opportunistic approach in private equity that included making control investments in middle-market companies across various industries. He also served on some portfolio company boards. Before joining Z Capital, he was an Associate within BlackRock's private equity group, where he was responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments across various industries, including travel and leisure, financial services, and consumer products. While at BlackRock, he was also seconded to the Austin headquarters of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas ("TRS"). At TRS, he was part of the Private Equity Principal Investments team and executed direct private equity investments on behalf of the pension plan. He earned a Master of Arts (First Class Honors) in Economics and International Relations from the University of St. Andrews.
