Biography

Ms. Magda Posluszny serves as Principal at Partech. Ms. Posluszny served as a Senior Associate at Lakestar. Prior to joining Partech, she led fintech investing across stages at Lakestar. She served as an Associate at Speedinvest. As a passionate founder and operator, she started her first own company at the age of 19 language schools in Poland, which were successfully acquired in 2016. With a BSc in Logistics, a BA in Linguistics (German and Swedish), and an MSc in Economics, she achieved a profound interdisciplinary skillset. She founded the VC-backed startup Flyhacks.com, and together with an ambitious team successfully scaled the company into 12 European markets. Prior to joining Speedinvest, she formed part of the investment team at Seedrs, Europes leading online investment platform for early-stage and growth equity. In her earlier role at Speedinvest, she gained investing experience focusing on businesses with network effects and marketplaces in particular. Before moving to the VC side, she ran growth at one of the largest travel e-commerce platforms in CEE.
