Biography

Mr. Gary Cooper is a Co-Founder and serves as Executive Chairman at Palmetto Infusion Services. He has spent his entire life in real estate and health care. He has been most active in Health Care over the last 14 years. His experience in both industries started early due to being raised in a family business started by his father, the late Mr. Charles F. Cooper, and his mother, Ms. Carol Clemons Cooper. Their businesses started in 1967 and it was initially called Winyah Dispensary. They have used the name "Winyah" in their other business which include but not limited to Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Retail and Institutional Pharmacies, Adult Day Care, Home Health Care, Hospice, Home Medical Equipment, Home and Ambulatory IV companies, Hotel, Real Estate Development and management and the list continues. He attributes his success to his early exposure and subsequent hands-on experience with his father, mentor and boss in establishing meaningful and valuable relationships and creating win-win situations out of those relationships. He has continued to build successful businesses based upon integrity, hard work and simply "doing the right thing". He graduated from Wofford College with a BS in Economics and went on to acquire his Masters of Health Care Administration from the University of South Carolina. His expertise initially gave Winyah's health care companies a new ability to obtain new customer relationships while ensuring current customers are receiving the services they were promised.
