Biography

Ms. Rebecca Bursky serves as Co-Chief Human Resources Officer at Vector Solutions. She serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at A Place for Mom. As Chief Human Resources Officer, she is responsible for all people-related functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, employee relations, compensation and benefits. She is focused on supporting the ambitions of world-class talent and building a culture of engaged employees to best serve A Place for Mom's families and communities. She encompasses a wide breadth of HR leadership experience that spans a broad range of industries and employee populations. Having led the global HR function at TravelClick and Marketwired, she has been instrumental in building strong HR teams, coaching and partnering with its business leaders as well as hiring and onboarding thousands of employees. Earlier in her career, she was head of HR for North America Sales at Dun & Bradstreet. She spent over eight years in various positions leading high-impact HR initiatives. She is certified as a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute and holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University at Albany.
