Biography

Mr. Garry Berger co-founded & served as Managing Director at Bliss Lawyers. He is the co-author, with his Bliss co-founders, of FINDING BLISS. Mr. Berger is a pioneer in the legal services industry, having founded Berger Legal LLC in 2002, an innovative virtual law firm that has grown to include some 15 senior attorneys serving Fortune 500 clients as well as small- to mid-size companies across a variety of industries. He previously worked as an in-house lawyer at The Thomson Corporation (now Thomson Reuters) in Stamford, Connecticut. Mr. Berger spent three years at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York City and two years as a judicial law clerk to a federal judge in the Southern District of New York. He received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Research & Writing Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. Mr. Berger received his B.A., magna cum laude, in politics, from Brandeis University. He is a founder and serves on the Danbury Hospital Associate Board and founded and leads Ridgefield Little League's Holland Division for special needs children.
