Biography

Mr. Shinjiro Takeuchi serves as Managing Director at Polaris Capital Group. He serves as Investment Committee Member at Altair Capital Advisors. He graduated from Hitotsubashi University Faculty of Economics, Graduated from Chuo University Faculty of Law, and Harvard Law School (ITP). At the Tax Office, Accounting Department, Industrial Bank of Japan, he was in charge of tax litigation related to bad debt disposal against a housing finance company. After that, at Mizuho Securities, he provided financial solutions to operating companies, and since 2008, he has been working on the company's subprime problem in the general planning department and reorganizing the London subsidiary. Since 2017, he has been engaged in the asset management business, providing investors with leading overseas funds. He participated in Polaris in April 2019 and was assigned to Singapore's local subsidiary in September 2019.
