Biography

Ms. Kristen Whealon serves as Chief Compliance Officer & Managing Director at DigitalBridge Group. She also serves as Senior Vice President, and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for DigitalBridge, a position she has held since April 2014. Her responsibilities include regulatory and compliance oversight for the registered investment adviser, maintaining written supervisory procedures, maintaining the firm's books and records, handling regulatory examinations and investigations, and reviewing and approving advertising and sales literature. She also served as Chief Compliance Officer of NorthStar Securities, LLC, a former broker-dealer affiliate of DigitalBridge from December 2011 to October 2018. Before joining DigitalBridge, She was an Assistant Compliance Officer at Geneos Wealth Management, Inc. from August 2002 to November 2011 where she provided compliance support to more than 250 registered representatives. She began her career at American Express Financial Advisors, Inc. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University and is Series 7, 24, and 63 licensed.
