Mr. Alan Sonnenklar is a Shareholder & serves as Partner & Director at Weiss Zarett Brofman Sonnenklar & Levy. Mr. Alan Sonnenklar serves as Equity Partner at Weiss Zarett Brofman Sonnenklar & Levy. He possesses more than 25 years of transactional, corporate and regulatory experience representing healthcare businesses, physicians and other professionals, group practices, hospitals, long term care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic and treatment centers and other healthcare facilities, management service organizations, and other commercial and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Sonnenklar assists clients with respect to a broad range of complex business matters and federal and state regulatory issues, including the purchase and sale of healthcare facilities, physician practices and other businesses, the structuring of physician-hospital relationships, physician practice transactions, the development and structuring of joint ventures and other business relationships, the preparation and negotiation of shareholders agreements and operating agreements, the structuring of physician transactions involving private equity and other healthcare investors, corporate formation and organization, employment agreements, dispute resolution and settlement agreements. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (B.A.) in 1990 and Boston University School of Law (J.D.) in 1993.
