Biography

Mr. Theodore Tashlik serves as Partner, Corporate, Securities, and Tax Departments at Tashlik Goldwyn Levy. Ted has represented numerous public and private companies ranging from start-ups to major enterprises in industries including basic materials, communications, internet, and social media, consumer goods, defense, distribution, financial, leasing, legal and accounting firms, manufacturing, medical, oil and gas, software and transportation, both domestically and internationally. Ted received his J.D. from Cornell University Law School, with honors. At Cornell, he was a member of the Law Review and the recipient of the E.D.P. Carey Prize for legal excellence. Ted received his Masters of Law (LL.M.) at New York University Law School. He is a graduate of Queens College.
