Biography

Mr. Mitsuru Yamaguchi serves as Member of Supervisory Board at CureApp. He graduated from Keio Senior High School in 1999. In 2002, passed the second examination for certified accountants and registered as an assistant accountant. Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Commerce in 2003. Engaged in accounting audit work and initial public offering support work at Chuo Aoyama Audit Corporation since 2003. In 2006, passed the third examination for certified accountants and registered as a certified accountant. Since 2006, he has been engaged in a wide range of business such as M & A advisory business in the PwC advisory department. In 2011, engaged in in-house advisory work (sales support work) and finance work in the M & A group of the Structured Finance Office, Finance Department, a major general trading company. In 2013, engaged in many domestic and overseas projects in the PwC Advisory Division. In 2014, he became the director of Yamaguchi Certified Accountant Tax Accountant Office and the representative director of CPA Partners Co., Ltd. In 2015, he became a representative employee of TAX Partners Tax Corporation. Since May 2015, he has been appointed as a part-time corporate auditor of the Company.
