Biography

Mr. Omer Karaayvaz serves as Vice President & Investment and Operating Committee Member at DuneGlass Capital. He also serves as a Board Member at LifeFlow Partners. He also serves as a Board Member at BGS Alliance. He drives organic and inorganic growth across DuneGlass Capital's portfolio companies via data-driven decision-making and M&A execution. He is a member of the Investment and Operating Committees. He harnesses his 10+ years of private equity, consulting, and entrepreneurship experience to expand and grow DuneGlass Capital's portfolio by evaluating investment opportunities, executing M&A, and supporting portfolio management teams on strategy formation, financial planning, and business development. He sits on the board of BGS Alliance. Before joining DGC, he worked at TVM Capital Healthcare where he focused on investing in multi-site healthcare businesses across the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and before that, at PwC's Deal Strategy team where he advised his clients on healthcare services deals in various subspecialties. He received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern and his BS from Bilkent University.
