Biography

Mr. Hank Simpson serves as Chief Operating Officer at Shipley Do-Nuts. Mr. Simpson served as Panera's Senior Vice President, Chief Development Officer. Mr. Simpson joined Panera Bread in 2002 as Director, Retail Operations and Joint Venture Partner. In February 2005, he was promoted to Vice President, Retail Operations, then in April 2006, Mr. Simpson was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Company and Joint Venture Operations Officer. From May 2012 until October 2013, Mr. Simpson served as Senior Vice President, Chief Development Officer and Chief Franchise Officer. From October 2012 until September 2014, Mr. Simpson served as Senior Vice President, Chief Franchise Officer. Mr. Simpson returned to Panera in April 2015 as Senior Vice President, after serving as Chief Operating Officer for Pizza Studio. Previously, Mr. Simpson was Vice President, of Franchise Operations and Regional Vice President of Company Operations for Bennigan's Restaurants. He also served as Director, Human Resources for On the Border restaurants. Mr. Simpson attended the University of Central Florida.
