Biography

Mr. Karan Maheshwari serves as Managing Director at Maheshwari Investors. Maheshwari presently serves as a Director of Samsonite India and was a former Director of Quadrum Solutions, RJ Investments and Baby Chakra (Infomoko Technology Private Limited). He currently serves as the Managing Trustee of the Triveni Sodani Foundation and was the former Chair Person of the YPO- Next generation Mumbai Chapter. Prior to joining the family business, Maheshwari worked at McKinsey and Company as a management consultant for several years where he advised corporations and governments focusing on the Infrastructure, Education and Healthcare sectors. Maheshwari also founded Ignite Education and has served as an adviser to the Government of Bhutan, the Qatar Foundation, the National Skill Development Institute, Pratham, Nandi and the Emergency Management and Research Institute. Maheshwari has graduated from Duke University and has a Diploma from Oxford University.
