Biography
Ms. Eva Giordano served as Of Counsel at Selborne Consulting. Ms. Giordano has decades of experience scouting, negotiating, and closing real estate transactions in multiple classes. At Selborne, she advises investors, developers, owners, and lenders on all commercial real estate matters, including commercial transactions, complex real estate contracts and lease agreements, and dispute resolution. She also provides expert legal advice and market insight to our real estate investment trust (REIT) clients. In years as a real estate specialist, She has represented commercial landlords and tenants in commercial transactions, negotiated multi-site master leases, and provided real estate consulting services on international projects to well-known industry leaders, including International Wireless Communications, Inc. (Brazil) and Vodafone (Hungary).
