Biography

Ms. Karla Mount served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. Karla has extensive experience as a CFO in the health care industry, particularly in the clinical staffing business, having served as CFO for TravCorps prior to its acquisition by Cross Country and of Lucida Staffing Group, which she co-founded. Other significant health care experience includes Vitalize Consulting, a provider of IT solutions to hospitals, and TheraTx, a services company operating rehab therapy programs, skilled nursing facilities and occupational medicine clinics. Karla's focus has been M&A, public and private equity and debt offerings, and establishment of financial infrastructure to support a fast-growth environment. She began her career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. She received her Bachelors of Business in Administration, Summa Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University.
