Joel brings to Fireman Capital Partners more than 20 years of design and construction experience working as an architect and executive project director for the majority of his career. The most notable experiences have been his 10 year career at Goldman Sachs culminating with his position as executive project director for the Goldman Sachs office tower in Jersey City. After leaving Goldman Sachs, Joel held a position as the director of capital projects for the Northeast region at Citigroup with particular focus on leading the efforts to develop a new office tower in Long Island City adjacent to the current tower.
