Biography

Mr. Matthew Fox serves as Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Legal & Administrative Officer at Vision Ridge Partners. He served as Managing Director, General Counsel & Chief Operating Officer at EIG Global Energy Partners. rior to EIG, Matthew was a corporate associate first at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and later at Covington & Burling LLP, both in New York. Matthew graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University, with a B.A. in History, and received his J.D., with distinction, from Stanford Law School, where he was an executive editor of the Stanford Law Review.
