Biography

Mr. Brad Stewart served as Managing Partner at Linear Capital Partners. He has been doing reverse mergers for about 15 years and to date have been involved in over 80 reverse mergers both in Canada and the US. Four years ago he focused his efforts on the China market and has traveled to China on numerous occasions to build relationships and seek out top notch companies with significant growth potential. he, along with strategic partners, was co-investor on Synutra International Inc. ("SYUT") which has been one of the most successful Chinese listed companies in recent time. In addition, he was instrumental in developing and bringing public such Chinese names as China Architectural Engineering, Inc. (CAEI"), Asia Time Corporation ("TYM") and China Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Holdings )"KUN"). He is still under contract and is a significant investor with several of theses companies. He has been involved with approximately 22 China deals in the past 5 years with a mixture of senior exchange and OTC-BB listed companies. He has developed many significant relationships in China government, legal business fields which have created several projects that the Company is currently working on. He co-founded the forming of a Chinese focused investment fund, Trillion Growth China to invest in private Chinese companies, prior to going public in the United States. the fund has approx $30 million under it's management and has invested in several China projects as well as deals in several China industry players.
