Biography

Mr. Lon Kreger served as Chief Commercial Officer at MagGrow. He has international experience in running a $110m portfolio of spray adjuvant and crop input products. He's a person that is fluent in 3 languages and is passionate about diverse cultures, their effects on local business development and learning from them. He began his career with Bayer Crop Science as a Sales Support Specialist, working for one of the "Big 3" that surrounded him with some of the best minds in the industry. In 2012 he was asked by Arysta LifeScience, to help launch a new, innovative, dual-mode of action fungicide. As the Eastern Corn Belt Manager, he was able to grow the business by over $16m in two years. More recently with Loveland Products, the world's largest producer of agricultural adjuvants, he was involved in building a billion-dollar organization alongside people who enhanced his skillset. Before MagGrow, Lon held the position of Global Senior Director at Heliae development, where he designed and implemented multiple business systems to create an 'Ag products' company. He holds a BS in Marketing and Economics from BYU-I and an MBA from Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University, where he studied Analytics, Business and Lean Six Sigma.
