Biography

Mr. Justin Cunningham is the Founder & serves as Managing Director at Klar Ventures. He is an entrepreneur and seasoned investment banking professional with a 15-year track record executing mergers and acquisitions ranging from $10 million to $1+ billion in enterprise value across numerous industries. His experience includes sellside, buyside, capital raising, and fairness opinion assignments for family-owned and institutionally-owned businesses as well as public companies. Previously, he spent a decade at leading M&A boutique McColl Partners, playing an instrumental role in building that firm along with the founding partners. Justin graduated with distinction from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received a bachelor in science degree in business administration and was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.
