Biography

Mr. John Haddock serves as Chief Financial Officer at Transcard Payments. He brings over 15 years of progressive experience in payments, banking and professional service firms. Prior to joining Transcard in 2016, he served as Secretary, EVP and CFO for First Security Group, Inc., a publicly traded bank holding company, and FSG Bank, N.A. During his tenure in banking, he was responsible for an IPO with an associated acquisition, subsequent $96 million private placement recapitalization, and the sale of the bank for $171 million to a larger financial institution. In addition to managing treasury, accounting, investor relations, human resources and IT, he was responsible for multiple national niche lending programs that provided the highest returns on investment within the bank. Prior to banking, he began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Haddock received a BS in Business Administration, Accounting major and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee. He is a CPA.
