Biography

Mr. Frédéric Dubuisson is a Co-Founder & serves as Managing Director at Generation Entrepreneurs Investisseurs. He joined Duff & Phelps in 2009. He served as Managing Director in the Paris office and part of the firm's global Investment Banking practice. He has over 15 years of valuation and investment banking experience. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. Dubuisson was a member of Salustro-Reydel's Valuation and Opinion practice in Paris, where he led numerous independent valuation assignments involving public companies and privately held business in many industry sectors, including industrial, automotive, leisure and technology. After the merger of Salustro-Reydel and KPMG in France, Mr. Dubuisson became a Director at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he led the valuation practice and initiated a wide range of engagements both in France and internationally. Mr. Dubuisson holds a Diplome d'Etudes Superieures Comptables et Financiere (ESC). He is also a fellow member of the Societe Francaise des Evaluateurs (SFEV).
