Biography

Mr. Thomas Edelman is a Co-Founder & serves as a Partner at White Deer Energy. He is also a Co-Owner and serves as a Board Member at Midstream Texas. He also serves as a Board Member at Corterra Energy, Riverside Energy Group, and Brytemove Energy. He served as a Board Member at Quanah Panhandle and Global Petro Storage. Before forming White Deer, he founded and/or managed a series of eight energy companies, creating significant value for investors over more than 25 years. He founded or co-founded Snyder Oil (now part of Devon Energy), Range Resources (NYSE: RRC), and Patina Oil and Gas (now part of Noble Energy). He also co-founded Bear Paw Energy and Bear Cub Energy, both midstream companies. Before 1981, when he left Wall Street to co-found Snyder Oil, he was a Vice President in The First Boston Corporation's (now Credit Suisse) energy group and an associate at Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb. He is a Member Emeritus of the Investment Committee and a former Trustee of The Hotchkiss School, serves as Chairman Emeritus of Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, is a Director of The Wildlife Conservation Society, and serves on the Advisory Council of Princeton University's Department of Politics. He is a former member of the Board of Georgetown University. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar) and a B.A. in Political Economy from Princeton University, magna cum laude. He served as Director at Noble Energy.
