Biography

Mr. Mikel Harding serves as Chief Financial Officer & Partner at CW Industrial Partners. He serves as Board Member at Electric Sweeper Service Company. He started his career at Cohen & Company where he worked with corporate and individual clients on a wide range of accounting, tax and business strategic planning services. His broad accounting background has allowed him to easily transition to his investment banking role. In addition, Mike is the primary liaison with Glengary, LLC, a venture catalyst enterprise in which Cohen & Company is a service partner and investor. In this capacity, he helps early stage companies execute their business plan. Mike is a registered Series 7-General Securities Representative, Series 24-General Securities Principal, and Series 63-Uniform Securities Agent. He is a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA), a member of the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors (AM&AA), the Association for Corporate Growth, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs. An active member of the Rotary Club of Cleveland, he served as President for the 2007-08 year. Mike is also very involved with The Cathedral of St. John Catholic parish. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Akron with a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy.
