Biography

Mr. Shaun Holmes serves as Managing Director & Head of UK Capital Solutions Group & Debt Capital Markets at Stephens. Prior to joining Stephens in 2015, he had similar responsibilities at Hawkpoint Partners. Prior to that, he was at RBS for years which included senior positions in the restructuBeforeructured finance, and private equity divisions of RBS. He has extensive experience raising debt and equity finance, providing strategic and financial advice to private and public company boards in financial difficulty. His clients included companies, shareholders, and banks with recent transactions including a number of disposals for the Co-operative Bank, restructuring advice to the board of Albeseverald, refinancing of Petrogas Global and Docu Group, a financial fairness opinion to the Co-operative Bank in relation to its £1.5bn recapitalization and the sale of Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin to Kabouttners. He is an accredited member of the Institute for Turnaround.
