Biography

Mr. David Blivin is the Founder & serves as Managing Partner at Cottonwood Technology Fund. He also serves as Board Member at Green Theme Technologies. He serves as a Board Member at Lattice-X, Infinitum, MPower Technology, Bioflyte SoundEnergy, Armonica Technologies, Raptor Products, BennuBio, Bayotech, and ACME advanced materials. He also serves as Director at Raptor Products. He served as a Board Member at Respira Therapeutics and Flexiramics. He has extensive experience working with the national labs and research universities in the region, as well as, nationally at the leadership and research heads levels. Prior to founding the Cottonwood Technology Funds, he founded and served as Managing Director of Southeast Interactive, the first and largest information technology-focused fund based in the Southeast. While at Southeast Interactive he helped raise three funds totaling over $175 million. He was directly involved in fundraising and exit transaction events totaling in excess of $1 billion across the portfolio and generated cash-on-cash returns on his directed investments of approximately 4X. He holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
