Biography

Mr. David Wilson serves as Managing Partner at Tyr Ventures. Mr. Wilson is the Founder & serves as Chief Executive Officer at Seam. He has worked as a programmer, journalist, screenwriter, film producer, newspaper publisher, novelist, database architect, and everything else that allowed him to combine his love of storytelling with technology. He has worked for 35 years in the feature film industry, first in Tokyo for director Shohei Imamura and then in London for Eon Productions, producers of the James Bond 007 series. He has completed 11 feature films, 6 triple-A video game titles, and has delivered 25 screenplays as the Head of Business Affairs for the Eon Screenwriters Workshop. In 2017 he left Eon Productions to start up Shared Experience Art Machine, a mass collaboration platform for new intellectual property, in addition to becoming a full-time investor.
