Biography

Mr. Hall serves as Partner at FLG Partners. He joined FLG in 2004 and presently sits on the Firm's Management Committee. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Principal Financial Officer at RAPT Therapeutics. Mr. Eric Hall serves as Chief Financial Officer at Gradalis. Eric Hall, CFA, joined Gradalis as Chief Financial Officer in January 2023, after serving as interim CFO since August 2023. Eric has over 30 years of experience serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for a variety of public and private companies. For the past18 years, Mr. Hall has been a Partner of FLG Partners, LLC and a member of their Management Committee. He has extensive global experience in finance and has raised over $3 billion in debt and equity financing. He has been interim CFO for multiple life science companies, and since 2019, he has helped RAPT Therapeutics, ALX Oncology, Connect Biopharma, and Elevation Oncology in their IPOs. Mr. Hall is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Francisco. He has an MBA in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Davis. Eric has over 25 years of experience serving as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer for a variety of public and private companies. He has extensive experience in finance, venture capital, banking, treasury and investment management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, operations, and real estate. Eric has experience in building successful financial organizations in companies from the ground up. He has helped launch several Internet companies over the past years as CFO for The ImagiNation Network, Yahoo!, women.com and NetChannel. Prior to joining FLG, Eric was a partner and CFO of McKenna Capital LLC/mc3 ventures, an early stage venture capital fund located in San Francisco, California. He was actively involved in the investment decisions and follow-on management of McKenna Capital's portfolio companies. As a board member of two of McKenna Capital's companies he is experienced in the changing issues and challenges regarding corporate governance. Earlier in his career, Eric focused on providing interim COO/CFO services and strategic planning assignments for over 30 clients ranging from Fortune 500 to venture-backed companies. Previously, Eric was Founder and CEO of the Archer Group, Partner at Technology Perspectives, Partner at David Powell - FSD, Vice President/Portfolio Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, Principal Planner and Domestic and International Treasury Manager for Amdahl Corporation, and Senior Consultant for Arthur Andersen & Co. Eric has an MBA in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Institute. Mr. Hall served as the Venture Partner at McKenna Capital. He also serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Elevation Oncology.
